Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of So. FL., Inc. is seeking a driven professional to work directly with the Head of Business Development, gaining exposure to operations, sales, marketing, and strategic planning.

You will recruit, nurture client relationships, develop growth opportunities across South Florida, and coordinate cross-functional initiatives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Strong relationship-building instincts with professional representation in new environments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across priority markets and customer segments.
• Build target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, healthcare systems, schools, and commercial clients.
• Support high-touch outreach and follow-up with prospective clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
• Register United Water Restoration Group with large corporations, government agencies, and institutional clients; maintain organized records of contacts and opportunities.
• Evaluate incoming bids, partnerships, and market opportunities to determine worthiness.
• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, industry events, and selected networking opportunities as a representative.
