Job summary

United Water Restoration Group in South Florida is seeking a dynamic business development professional to work closely with the Head of Business Development, gaining exposure to operations, sales, marketing, and finance. You will help identify growth opportunities, build strategic partnerships, and manage client relationships across municipal, healthcare, and commercial sectors.

Ideal candidates have 1–5 years of experience, strong communication and organization, and are ready to travel

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Construction or Mitigation experience is not required.
• Excellent follow-up and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication; professional interaction with executives and partners.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Florida.

Responsibilities

• Growth, Relationships & Market Development: identify and advance strategic growth opportunities; build target lists; handle outreach and follow-up; register company with large organizations and manage contacts.
• Operations & Client Success: attend meetings and walkthroughs; manage client communications; resolve issues; coordinate with operations.
• Recruiting & Talent: source, interview, recruit, and onboard employees; coordinate hiring.
• Vendor & Subcontractor Development: recruit and qualify subcontractors; negotiate pricing; build vendor relationships.
• Finance & Administration: assist accounts receivable; support collections and reporting; manage special projects.
• Cross-Company Collaboration: share opportunities; coordinate cross-selling; improve client follow-up; develop partnerships.
