You will help identify growth opportunities, build client networks, and support delivery from prospect to close in South Florida.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration across multiple lines of business as the company scales.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic with willingness to roll up sleeves.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with executives, customers, subcontractors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across priority markets and customer segments.
• Build target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, healthcare systems, schools, and more.
• Assist with client communications, follow-up, relationship development, and next-step coordination.
• Source, interview, and recruit exceptional employees across the business.
• Coordinate with vendors and cross-company teams to share opportunities and improve client experience.
