Job summary

United Water Restoration Group of So. FL., Inc. is seeking a driven professional to work directly alongside the Head of Business Development as his right hand. No two days are the same, with exposure to operations, sales, marketing, and executive decision-making as you support growth across markets.

This role offers hands-on learning, cross-functional collaboration, and clear path for advancement in a fast-growing South Florida restoration company.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Florida.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Experience with CRM systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across markets.
• Build target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, healthcare systems, schools, hospitality groups, referral partners, trade partners, and commercial clients.
• Support outreach and follow-up with prospective clients, referral sources, and strategic partners.
• Register United Water Restoration Group with large corporations, government agencies, and institutional clients while maintaining records of contacts and opportunities.
• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, industry events, and represent the company at select events.
• Collaborate with operations and finance across cross-company teams.
