Job summary

United Water Restoration Group is seeking a dynamic team member to support growth, client relations, and cross-functional collaboration across South Florida. You will work directly with leadership to identify opportunities, manage outreach, and help expand partnerships with municipalities, healthcare systems, and commercial clients.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Construction or Mitigation experience is not required.
• Excellent work ethic with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building instincts with professional representation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable interacting with executives, customers, subcontractors, referral partners, trade partners, and field personnel.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
• Comfortable using CRM and internal systems to document interactions and follow-up.
• Willingness to travel throughout South Florida for meetings and visits.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across priority markets and customer segments.
• Build target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, healthcare systems, schools, and commercial clients.
• Support high-touch outreach and follow-up with prospective clients and partners.
• Register United Water Restoration Group with large corporations and government agencies; track contacts and opportunities.
• Attend job walks, pre-bid meetings, industry events, and represent the company at networking opportunities.
• Communicate with operations to ensure smooth project transitions and client satisfaction.
