Job summary

United Water Restoration Group, a fast-growing South Florida restoration company, seeks a strategic partner to the Head of Business Development. You will touch operations, sales, marketing, and executive decisions, driving growth across priority markets and client segments.

Identify opportunities, build partnerships, support client relationships, and collaborate with finance, HR, and operations. This is a hands-on, long-term role with clear growth and regional travel across South Florida.

Qualifications

• 1–5 years of professional experience preferred.
• Exceptional work ethic with a willingness to roll up your sleeves.
• Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail.
• Strong relationship-building instincts with professional representation.

Responsibilities

• Identify and advance strategic growth opportunities across priority markets and customer segments.
• Build target lists of property owners, managers, municipalities, hospitals, schools, hospitality groups, referral partners, and clients.
• Support high-touch outreach and follow-up with prospective clients and partners.
• Register United Water Restoration Group with large corporations and government agencies; maintain records of contacts and opportunities.
