Job summary

Enova seeks a Strategy & Operations Manager to shape strategic direction and optimize business performance. You will actively support new initiatives (organic and inorganic) by conducting market studies, building robust business models, and managing acquisitions or startups.

You’ll partner with cross-functional leadership to drive strategic initiatives, budgeting, and financial planning, with a strong path to senior leadership at Enova.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of experience in strategy, corporate development, consulting, investment banking, or operations.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive market studies and competitive landscape analyses to identify trends, customer needs, and potential targets
• Build and manage complex business models to evaluate M&A opportunities, partnerships, and new products
• Support leadership in developing strategies and collaborating with marketing, operations, finance and other teams
• Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting and planning to provide strategic insights
• Plan for and support business integration or start-up projects
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to track performance and drive corrective actions
• Assist in managing risks, evaluating operational efficiencies, and implementing monitoring
• Mentor team members and foster a culture of continuous improvement
• Present findings to senior stakeholders using data-driven storytelling
