Qualifications

• Three to five years of experience in management consulting, private equity, investment banking, corporate strategy, or another analytically rigorous environment.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and structured problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and influence stakeholders across functions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset and willingness to work hands-on in a dynamic environment.
• Sound judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience presenting analyses and recommendations to executive leadership or boards.
• Healthcare services experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Partner with executive leadership to define and execute strategic and operational priorities
• Lead cross-functional initiatives focused on growth, operational improvement, and new business opportunities
• Build financial models, business cases, and analyses that inform executive decision-making
• Collaborate with Operations teams to develop and implement site-level growth initiatives
• Support partner-facing discussions, negotiations, and strategic collaborations
• Manage high-priority projects from initial strategy through implementation and performance measurement
• Assess complex business issues and develop actionable recommendations for the executive team
• Identify, evaluate, and pursue ancillary revenue streams and other growth opportunities
• Establish clear performance metrics and use data to improve results across the organization
• Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders and other key stakeholders
