Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
• Strong analytical thinking with excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Experience negotiating, influencing others, leading projects, and executing initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage initiatives driving new projects and process improvements.
• Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate as needed, and balance business needs with technical constraints.
• Own end-to-end projects from recommendation to implementation and impact assessment.
• Build relationships with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Evaluate vendor proposals and collaborate with internal tech teams to meet requirements.
• Run data-intensive ad hoc projects to inform decisions.
