Job summary

Enova International is seeking a Strategy & Operations Associate in Chicago, IL for a hybrid role. You will directly support one of Enova's core P&Ls and tackle projects that drive performance, improve processes, and enhance customer experience.

You will own end-to-end initiatives from recommendation to implementation and partner with cross-functional teams. The right candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance and 4–7 years of experience in process improvement,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or Finance.
4–7 years of experience in process improvement, management consulting or data analytics.
Strong analytical thinking and communication skills.
Negotiation, influencing others, leadership, and project execution abilities.

Responsibilities

Manage initiatives focusing on new projects, process improvements and customer experience enhancements.
Anticipate bottlenecks, escalate issues, prioritize and execute projects for business impact.
Own end-to-end projects from recommendation through implementation.
Build relationships with cross-functional teams.
Evaluate vendor proposals and collaborate with internal tech teams to align with business requirements.
Run data-intensive ad hoc projects to support decision-making.
