Enova International in Chicago, IL is seeking a Manager, Strategy & Operations - New Initiatives to shape strategic direction and optimize performance. You will evaluate market opportunities, build business models, and support acquisitions or start-ups in a collaborative, cross-functional setting.

This hybrid role requires strong financial acumen, MBA preferred, and 5–7 years of relevant experience in strategy, corporate development, or operations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree required in engineering, business, finance, or related field.
• MBA strongly preferred.
• 5–7 years in fast-paced strategy/ corporate development/ consulting environments.
• Experience modeling businesses and evaluating M&A opportunities.
• Strong financial acumen incl. budgeting, forecasting, and analysis.

Aufgaben

• Conduct market studies and competitive analyses to identify trends and targets.
• Build and manage complex business models for M&A and new product lines.
• Support leadership in developing strategies and coordinating with marketing, finance, and operations.
• Participate in financial forecasting, budgeting, and planning to inform decisions.
• Assist in planning integrations or start-up initiatives.
• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics; suggest corrective actions.
