NAVEX is seeking a Director of Strategy & Operations to own complex initiatives end-to-end and drive outcomes directly with the CEO and leadership. This hybrid role sits within a high-growth tech environment, focused on strategy, corporate development, and cross-functional execution on a global scale.

You will collaborate with executives, shape enterprise strategy, and synthesize market and financial insights into clear recommendations to accelerate growth and value creation.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in top strategy consulting or corporate strategy.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and influencing senior stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Own the strategic substance and outcomes of priority growth initiatives sponsored by the CSO.
• Lead cross-functional programs with clear accountability, timelines, and measurable outcomes.
• Shape NAVEX's enterprise strategy by synthesizing market, customer, financial, and operational insights into recommendations.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CSO, pressure-testing ideas and representing the CSO perspective.
• Structure ambiguous problems into clear workstreams and decisions, guiding analysts and specialists.
• Prepare executive-level presentations, memos, and briefing materials for senior leadership and the board.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities and operational expansion initiatives.
• Evaluate investment opportunities, adjacencies, and competitive positioning.
• Support corporate development including market scanning, partnerships, M&A assessments.
