Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in broad B2B marketing
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in lean or fast-growing orgs
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

• Lead full-funnel campaigns across paid search/social, email, ABM and events
• Drive strategy, creative briefs, audience segmentation, and reporting
• Build nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns to increase conversions
• Collaborate with internal/external teams and manage marketing tools
• Develop dashboards to surface ROI by channel and segment
• Use Gen-AI tools to accelerate content creation and iteration
• Support events, vendor management, and post-event ROI tracking
• Align with sales on ICP, messaging, and attribution
