Job summary

Netrality Data Centers in Saint Louis, MO seeks a Growth Marketing Manager to drive full-funnel programs that produce qualified pipeline. You will lead multi-channel campaigns, content strategy for SEO and AI-enabled discovery, and collaborate across teams to optimize campaigns and conversions.

You will partner with sales to align ICPs, messaging, and attribution, manage marketing automation and dashboards, and guide external vendors.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in broad B2B marketing.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (infrastructure, SaaS, data centers).
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.
• Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, CMS, analytics).
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Experience with Salesforce and Pardot, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, GA4, Google Ads, Adobe InDesign & Photoshop, WordPress, Monday.com and Canva.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate leads and pipeline.
• Coordinate content, SEO strategy, and AI-enhanced discovery.
• Manage marketing automation, analytics, dashboards.
• Collaborate with sales on ICP, messaging, and attribution.
• Oversee events and field marketing logistics.
• Coordinate with vendors and external agencies.
• Maintain branding across properties and materials.
