Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries.
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast growing organization.
• Comfortable executing work independently with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, and design tools.
• Gen-AI tools experience preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Demand Generation: design and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads.
• Campaign strategy, creative briefing, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Build nurture flows, lifecycle campaigns, and customer-curated content.
• Create and manage social content for LinkedIn and other channels.
• Develop a strategic content roadmap for brand storytelling and sales enablement.
• Produce emails, blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, and multimedia assets.
• Edit and update content for SEO and discovery (LLM/zero-click).
• Collaborate with vendors for design, video, and photography needs.
• Optimize Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, GA4; develop dashboards to show ROI.
• Use Gen-AI tools to accelerate content and campaigns.
• Events & Field Marketing: contribute to event strategy and ROI tracking.
• Manage logistics, vendors, materials, and post-event follow-up.
• Support on-site execution as needed.
• Vendors, Tools & Operations: coordinate agencies and tools; manage campaigns.
• Sales alignment: partner with sales on ICP, messaging, and attribution.
• General Marketing Support: collaborate cross-functionally and assist co-marketing.
• Coordinate campaign assets, timelines, and deliverables; support special projects.
