Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to drive full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate sales. You will shape SEO and content strategies, partner with agencies, and lead data-driven campaigns across multiple channels to improve conversion and brand awareness.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, implement marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization while leveraging Gen-AI tools to speed content creation

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries (infrastructure, SaaS, data centers).
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.
• Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, CMS, analytics).
• Demonstrated Gen-AI or automation experience in marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize, design, and execute integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid search/social, email, ABM, events) to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Drive campaign strategy, creative briefs, audience segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Build nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns to increase conversion and customer expansion.
• Create and manage social content for LinkedIn.
• Optimize Salesforce, Pardot/Marketing Cloud, GA4, and reporting dashboards.
