Netrality Data Centers in Houston, TX is seeking a Growth Marketing Manager to lead full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate sales. You will shape content for SEO, manage cross-functional campaigns, and optimize marketing automation and analytics.

The role requires data-driven decision making and experience with SFDC/Pardot and multiple marketing tools. The ideal candidate has 4–8+ years in B2B marketing, a relevant bachelor’s degree, and a track record of driving

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business or related field.
• Proven growth in complex or technical industries (infrastructure, SaaS, telecom, or data centers).
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing org.
• Comfortable working independently with multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, CMS, analytics, and design tools.

Responsibilities

• Lead growth and demand generation across multi-channel campaigns.
• Guide content for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, and drive lead pipelines.
• Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to execute campaigns.
• Optimize marketing automation, analytics, and reporting dashboards.
• Support events, field marketing, and co-marketing with sales.
• Maintain brand consistency across properties and materials.
