Netrality Data Centers seeks a Growth Marketing Director to lead full-funnel programs that drive qualified pipeline and accelerate sales. You will shape content strategy for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, build scalable campaigns, and guide marketing automation, analytics, and conversion optimization.

You’ll partner with stakeholders and agencies to deliver measurable outcomes and elevate brand presence across markets.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years of experience in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries.
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.
• Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with common marketing tools (CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, design tools).
• Demonstrated ability to apply Gen-AI tools or automation to marketing workflows.

Responsibilities

• Conceptualize and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate qualified leads and pipeline.
• Drive strategy, briefs, segmentation, and performance reporting.
• Build nurture flows and lifecycle campaigns to boost conversions.
• Create and manage social content for Netrality’s LinkedIn page.
• Develop content strategy and SEO/geo/discovery initiatives.
• Collaborate with agencies on design, video, photography.
