Job summary

Netrality Data Centers is seeking a seasoned Growth Marketing Director to drive full-funnel programs that generate qualified pipeline and accelerate sales. You’ll lead content strategy for SEO and AI-enhanced discovery, orchestrate cross-functional campaigns, and optimize marketing automation, analytics, and conversion tooling to deliver measurable ROI.

Qualifications

• 4–8+ years in a broad B2B marketing role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
• Proven success driving growth in complex or technical industries.
• Experience supporting multiple marketing functions in a lean or fast-growing organization.
• Comfortable executing work independently and managing multiple priorities.
• Familiarity with CRM, email marketing, website CMS, analytics, and design tools.
• Demonstrated ability to apply Gen-AI tools to marketing workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Growth & Demand Generation: design and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns that generate leads and pipeline.
• Content Strategy & SEO: build a strategic content roadmap and develop materials to enhance campaigns.
• Tech Stack & Analytics: optimize Salesforce, Pardot, GA4 and reporting dashboards.
• Events & Field Marketing: contribute to event strategy and ROI tracking.
• Vendors, Tools & Operations: coordinate with agencies, manage timelines and materials.
• General Marketing Support: collaborate with internal teams and ensure consistent branding.
