Job summary

NWN is seeking a Sr. Director of Marketing Growth to lead the overall marketing strategy for a growth-focused, enterprise technology environment.

You will oversee Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, Intelligence, and Performance Marketing as a single, coordinated growth engine focused on expanding existing relationships, winning new logos, and partnering with strategic alliances. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
• Eight+ years of progressive marketing experience.
• Five+ years leading marketing teams.
• Extensive knowledge of B2B enterprise marketing and demand generation.
• Ability to develop, execute, and measure integrated programs.
• Experience partnering with enterprise sales and account-based marketing.
• Fluent with marketing automation, CRM, and intent data platforms.
• Ability to translate technical offerings into compelling customer stories.

Responsibilities

• Partner with CMO to drive strategic marketing initiatives within a growth operating model.
• Lead Product Marketing, Marketing Operations, and Performance Marketing as an integrated engine.
• Provide leadership and development for marketing leaders and teams.
• Build awareness of the NWN brand and collaborate on positioning and messaging.
• Develop customer-centric programs for expansion, new logos, and partner-led growth.
• Drive website traffic and digital engagement across paid channels and lead gen programs.
• Define goals, metrics, and content strategies with Sales, Customer Success, Offerings, and Partners.
• Oversee marketing ops and tech: website, Marketo, intent platforms, AI tools.
• Stay close to execution with launch briefs and program reviews.
• Apply AI judiciously to improve processes and collaboration.
• Comply with policies and standards.
