Job summary

Amcor is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across the Western United States. You will identify strategic opportunities, cultivate relationships with decision-makers, and lead complex sales opportunities from discovery to commercialization.

You will collaborate with Marketing, R&D, Operations, Product Management, and Customer Service to deliver value and accelerate Amcor’s growth, while maintaining a strong external network and robust pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in B2B business development or similar roles.
• Willing to travel up to 60%.
• Proven success acquiring new business and growing revenue.
• Ability to manage a sales pipeline and close complex opportunities.
• Strong commercial acumen and executive-level communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop territory growth strategies for new customer acquisition.
• Identify and pursue opportunities in targeted markets and segments.
