Compass in Charleston is seeking a Strategic Growth Manager to drive net-new revenue across our company-owned brokerages. You’ll partner with top agents to grow their business with us and build a strong, consultative pipeline with local market focus.

The role offers autonomy, high-impact conversations with decision-makers, and uncapped bonus potential, with a base pay range of $100,000–$110,000 and target bonuses of $30,000–$60,000. Base pay is market-based.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Proven success in quota-carrying roles.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with sound judgment and highly organized.
• Track record of high performance.

Responsibilities

• Drive strategic growth by identifying and engaging top real estate agents.
• Structure deals and expand presence within the market.
• Position Compass value proposition including technology, marketing, and platform.
• Build and manage a strong pipeline with a consultative approach.
• Collaborate with leadership, agents, and cross-functional teams.
