Job summary

Forwarding Futures is seeking a Vice President of Strategy & Corporate Development to partner with the CEO and CFO. This high-visibility role leads M&A end-to-end, builds financial models, and shapes long-range plans while supporting FP&A priorities.

You will source targets, lead diligence, manage cross-functional workstreams, and deliver executive-grade materials for board and investors, driving strategic growth in a fast-moving 4PL setting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in M&A, corporate strategy, or FP&A within high-growth environments.
• Demonstrated M&A deal execution from sourcing to integration.
• Exposure to transportation or logistics preferred.
• Experience working with C-suite executives in fast-paced settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end M&A activities: sourcing, due diligence, valuation, deal execution.
• Develop 3-5 year integrated financial plans with the CFO.
• Prepare board-ready presentations and strategic memos.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across finance, operations, legal, and IT.
• Drive strategic initiatives and corporate development projects.
