Job summary

Finatal, Atlanta-based private equity-backed growth platform, seeks a VP of FP&A to partner with the CFO and build scalable finance infrastructure for the next growth phase.

You will lead budgeting, forecasting, board reporting, and KPI development across multiple units, driving strategic decision-making, cash flow planning, and M&A integration efforts in a high-growth, multi-entity environment.

Qualifications

• 20+ years of finance leadership experience.
• Strong FP&A background in complex operating environments.
• Experience supporting multiple business units, locations, or P&Ls.
• Prior exposure to treasury, controllership, or lender reporting is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
• Own board, lender, and executive reporting
• Drive KPI development and performance management across multiple business units
• Partner closely with operations and executive leadership on strategic decision-making
• Support cash flow, working capital, and capital planning initiatives
• Build scalable reporting and planning processes to support future growth
• Play an active role in acquisition integration and finance transformation efforts
