Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting or related field.
• Proven FP&A leadership in a high-growth environment.
• Experience building scalable FP&A processes and systems that improve finance effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise-wide FP&A, including budgeting, forecasting, long-range planning, financial modeling, and performance management.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team with accountability and succession planning.
• Partner with executive and operational leaders to improve visibility into profitability, margins, and cost drivers.
• Modernize and scale FP&A processes, systems, and reporting through automation and data integrity improvements.
• Provide rigorous, actionable financial analysis to support growth, investments, and operational improvements.
