Job summary

Resource Management Group seeks a Director of Commercial Finance to lead FP&A and strategic planning as part of the senior management team reporting to the CFO. You will drive forecasting, performance metrics, and cross-functional collaboration with the commercial group to deliver sustainable value creation.

The role emphasizes leadership, communication, and executive-level partnership across finance, marketing, and operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in finance, accounting, economics or engineering; MBA preferred (finance/accounting).
• Strong and confident communication skills (oral and written).
• Strong analytical skills.
• Willingness to travel approximately.

Responsibilities

• Lead FP&A for the commercial team.
• Steer annual strategic and financial planning to achieve value creation.
• Collaborate with VP Marketing and CFO to improve performance.
• Oversee financial reporting, analysis and forecasting (monthly, quarterly, yearly).
• Provide leadership and partnership to on-site finance teams and business unit leadership.
• Support acquisition due diligence and integration activities.
