  • Lead performance reviews and business planning to hit financial and operational targets.
  • Identify new market opportunities, emerging technologies, and competitive threats.

  • Build scalable programs that improve partner engagement, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and intelligent automation to improve productivity
  • Lead, develop, and inspire high-performing teams across vendor management, business development, and growth functions.
  • Drive organizational transformation — operating model redesign, process optimization, and change management.
  • Build a culture of accountability, agility, and customer-centric execution; attract, develop, and retain top talent.
  • Own financial forecasting and margin management for the portfolio while clearly communicating the financial reasoning behind decisions to stakeholders
  • Develop business cases and investment strategies to maximize contribution margin and long-term portfolio value.
  • Use advanced analytics and financial modeling to evaluate opportunities, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on key business performance indicators at the executive level.

  • Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills.
  • Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire.
