BKF Engineers, Inc. is seeking a Vice President of Business Development for the Planning and Government Solutions Division. The role will lead the BD strategy across the Western Region, working with senior leadership to expand market share in government, transportation, water, power/utilities, and land development sectors.

Extensive travel across CA, OR, and WA is required. We value strategic thinking, strong client relationships, and the ability to build and mentor a high-performing BD team.

Qualifications

• Fifteen plus years in business development, marketing leadership and strategic planning in A/E/C or infra services.
• Willingness to travel regularly across California, Oregon and Washington.
• Proven success leading BD programs, client relationships and revenue growth.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Admin, Marketing, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning and negotiation skills.

Responsabilités

• Lead a comprehensive business development program and set strategies to achieve annual financial goals.
• Oversee BD strategy for the Planning and Government Solutions Division in CA, OR, WA.
• Develop and execute BD strategies for Planning and Government services sectors to enhance market share and profitability.
• Partner with division and executive leadership to establish growth strategies across markets, geographies, and client segments.
• Identify cross-selling opportunities and build BD pipelines.
• Manage BD team including Regional Directors and Managers to execute growth initiatives.
• Provide strategic direction for pursuits and go/no-go decisions; optimize sales funnel and CRM.
