BKF Engineers is seeking a seasoned Vice President of Business Development to drive strategic growth for the Planning and Government Solutions Division in Northern California. You will lead a team of Regional BD Directors, partner with senior leadership, and expand BKF’s market share across government, transportation, water, and land development sectors.
The role requires 15+ years in BD and a proven ability to build client relationships, propose strategic pursuits, and manage complex win
Qualifications
- 15+ years in BD, marketing leadership and strategic planning in A/E/C or infrastructure services
- Located near BKF's Northern California offices
- Proven success in leading teams, client relationships, strategic selling and revenue growth
Responsibilities
- Lead a comprehensive BD program with annual financial goals
- Develop and execute BD strategies for planning and government services sectors
- Identify cross-selling opportunities across service lines
- Manage Regional BD Directors and mentor growth initiatives
- Represent BKF at industry events and client meetings, including after-hours engagements
