Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive engineering experience in valves or rotating equipment.
• Experience leading engineering teams and programs.
• Ability to translate customer requirements into engineered valve designs.
• Strong knowledge of codes and standards (ASME B16.34, API 6D, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with CAD/CAE tools and manufacturing packaging.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end valve design across multiple valve types and pressure classes.
• Develop and enforce design standards, calculations, and tolerances for all families.
• Direct CAD/CAE work to produce 3-D models, drawings, and manufacturing packages.
• Implement DFM/DFT principles across the engineering team.
• Oversee engineering change management and documentation control.
• Forge engagement with customers and cross-functional teams to meet specifications.
