Job summary

Neway Valve seeks a seasoned executive to provide strategic leadership in overseeing regional operations, budgeting, and governance. You will work with the Board and senior management to set long-range goals and ensure fiscal health and policy adherence.

The role requires direct valve industry experience and a track record of driving growth, efficiency and compliance across multiple regions, including domestic and international stakeholders.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or higher with extensive flow control industry experience.
• Associates degree with substantial flow control experience.
• Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering with 15+ years flow control experience.
• MBA preferred with 8–12 years flow control management experience.
• EMBA training helpful.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in business management, planning and financial oversight in flow control related industry.
• Minimum of at least 5 years of experience with human resource management (i.e. recruitment, employee supervision, performance evaluation and benefits administration)
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with a board of directors and committees

Responsibilities

• Direct development of regional strategic and business plans aligned with the mission.
• Spearhead development and execution of the organization's strategic plan.
• Provide budgeting direction and oversight to control costs.
• Evaluate opportunities for regional business development and expansion.
• Provide leadership to ensure resources are used efficiently and in compliance.
• Lead governance and reporting with board/committees.
