Job summary

Health Link Home Health & Hospice Agency is seeking a Home Health Sales Manager to grow our home health division. You will oversee and mentor a team of business development representatives, support strategic planning, analyze referral trends, and serve as a resource for internal teams and community partners.

The ideal candidate has experience with payer sources, referral management, and healthcare sales operations, thriving in a fast-paced environment with a proactive, hunter mentality.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of home health experience.
• 2+ years leading a sales or business development team.
• Strong understanding of Medicare, Medicare Advantage, Commercial Insurance, and referral processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage, coach, and develop the sales and marketing team.
• Partner with the Director of Business Development on growth and market expansion.
• Monitor referral trends, census, and performance across branches.
• Generate reports and BI summaries for leadership.
• Build relationships with hospitals, physicians, SNFs, and other referral sources.
• Collaborate with Intake, Clinical Operations, and Leadership to ensure service quality.
