CenterWell Senior Primary Care is seeking a Strategy Advancement Advisor to develop strategic direction and provide operational support for Home Health priorities, including clinician productivity and workforce strategy to support growth and high-quality patient care.

The role requires leading cross-functional initiatives, partnering with Analytics, and delivering measurable outcomes through well-defined roadmaps and KPIs. Remote position with occasional travel and a 40-hour work week.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in strategy consulting or 6+ years in corporate strategy/operations/workforce planning or related field.
• Must have independently led significant, quantifiable business impact in fast-paced strategic environments.

Responsabilités

• Develop strategy with accompanying roadmap and metrics to solve complex challenges and drive operational outcomes.
• Analyze current operations and workflows to ensure strategy reflects on-ground needs and identify areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with stakeholders from field to senior leadership and lead cross-functional teams to define opportunities, present findings, build alignment, and implement initiatives.
• Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously with impact and timely delivery while adhering to metrics.
• Use quantitative data (with Analytics support) and qualitative data (stakeholder interviews, surveys, and field visits) to support strategy development and pilots.
• Develop plan for tools that enable ongoing performance tracking and decision-making.
