Job summary

International Motors is seeking a Lead Strategy Consultant to act as an internal consultant across initiatives, driving data-driven insights and educated assumptions where needed. The role is based at the Lisle, IL headquarters, reporting to the VP of Corporate Strategy.

You will guide programs, align project scope with business objectives, and lead cross-functional analyses to identify trends and recommendations for strategic decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 9+ years of experience in business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting.
• Master's degree with 5+ years in the same fields and leadership experience.
• At least 12 years of business development, strategy, marketing, finance, operations, engineering, or management consulting experience; 2+ years of lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and governance for programs and projects that span the enterprise.
• Maintain alignment of project scope with strategic objectives.
• Build credibility with stakeholders at multiple levels.
• Identify process improvements across work streams.
• Support strategic planning aligned with long-term goals.
• Lead and conduct analysis to identify trends and financial implications.
• Develop hypotheses and recommendations.
