Job summary

International Motors in Lisle, Illinois, seeks a Senior Program Manager – Technical to lead multiple product and manufacturing insourcing programs for commercial vehicles. You will drive scope, schedule, budget and risk management in a matrixed organization.

The role requires strong leadership without direct authority, experience with software/hardware integration, and travel up to 25% internationally. A PMP/PgMP is preferred and an MBA is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 6+ years of technical project/program management experience.
• Master's degree plus 5+ years of experience is preferred.
• 10+ years of technical project/program management experience with leadership experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop detailed program scope, budget and schedules.
• Lead cross-functional teams to meet quality, schedule and cost targets.
• Perform critical path analysis using MS Project and Jira.
• Manage program risks, issues and change control with stakeholders.
• Present program status to senior management and executives.
