Investigo partners with a global industry leader to appoint a Transformation Specialist in the Mobility & Convenience Strategy & Transformation group in Illinois, United States. You will help shape and execute strategic initiatives across the business, working with senior leaders and cross-functional stakeholders.

The role emphasizes analytical rigor, financial modeling, business-case development, and creating executive-ready presentations.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred.
10+ years in strategy, transformation or related fields.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience delivering executive presentations.
Knowledge of financial modeling and investment analysis.
Ability to manage multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

Support strategy development with market, customer, competitive, and financial analysis.
Drive execution of major transformation initiatives and programs.
Develop business cases, investment proposals, and value assessments.
Research market trends, customer behavior, regulatory developments, and competition.
Create executive-level presentations and strategic recommendations.
Partner with Operations, Finance, Digital, Sustainability, Product, and Policy teams.
Track milestones, KPIs, and implementation plans.
Assist leadership in evaluating growth opportunities and strategic investments.
