Job summary

Ericsson is seeking a Senior Business Development Manager to drive new business growth across the Mobile Financial Services portfolio in North America. You will identify opportunities, open new accounts, and close multi-million-dollar deals with financial institutions, banks, and fintech clients.

You will build relationships with C-level executives, shape compelling value propositions, and collaborate with product, delivery, legal, and finance teams to win deals.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of enterprise sales experience
• Experience in Mobile Financial Services, fintech, or payments
• Proven track record closing complex deals
• Ability to engage with C-level stakeholders
• Strong deal structuring and pricing skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Generate net-new business across target US market and strategic accounts
• Lead end-to-end sales cycles from prospecting to closure
• Build a self-sourced pipeline through proactive outreach
• Develop business cases and value propositions for customers
• Collaborate with product, pre-sales, delivery, legal, and finance
• Represent Ericsson at key industry events and client engagements
