Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, engineering technology, or related field.
• 5+ years in business development, sales, or sales leadership, preferably in digital services or building automation.
• Strong understanding of customer value drivers for connected buildings and energy management.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategy for digital services and connected solutions.
• Identify and close opportunities in connected services, analytics, and remote monitoring.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and account teams to expand digital adoption and recurring revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with building owners, operators, and engineers.
