Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales leadership.
• Experience in digital services, connected solutions, building automation, or HVAC.
• Strong understanding of customer value drivers related to connected buildings, building performance, service optimization, energy management, or operational outcomes.
• Experience collaborating across equipment, controls, service, and account management teams to develop integrated growth strategies.
• Strong communication skills and ability to translate digital capabilities into customer-centered business value.

Responsibilities

• Develop business development strategy and execute for Trane’s digital services and connected solutions in the Great Lakes Region.
• Drive growth by identifying, developing, and closing opportunities related to connected services, intelligent building solutions, analytics, and recurring digital revenue.
• Partner with sales, service, controls, and account teams to expand customer adoption of digitally enabled solutions.
• Develop and maintain relationships with building owners, operators, contractors, engineers, and strategic stakeholders.
• Position digital value propositions by aligning customer needs with solutions for decarbonization and efficiency.
• Collaborate across functions to create account strategies increasing market penetration and wallet share for digital offerings.
