Job summary

Trane Technologies, a world leader in sustainable climate solutions, is seeking a Digital Services Business Development Manager for the Great Lakes Region. You will lead regional growth efforts, driving adoption of connected services, analytics and building automation across customers and partners.

You will work with sales, service, controls, and account teams to increase market penetration, strengthen relationships, and deliver measurable business value through digital offerings and outcomes.

Qualifications

• Equivalent combination of education and experience, or a Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or sales leadership, preferably in digital services, connected solutions, building automation, HVAC, controls, or service.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute business development strategies for digital services and connected solutions in the Great Lakes Region.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities related to connected services and analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, service, controls, and account teams to expand customer adoption of digitally enabled solutions.
