• 5+ years in business development, sales, or leadership, preferably in digital services.
• Experience with connected solutions, building automation, HVAC, or service.
• Ability to translate digital capabilities into customer value.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration across sales, service, and accounts.
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional business development for digital services and connected solutions.
• Identify, develop, and close opportunities in connected services and analytics.
• Collaborate with sales, service, controls, and account teams to grow adoption.
• Build relationships with building owners, operators, and engineers.
• Position value by linking needs to decarbonization and efficiency.
• Maintain pipeline discipline and use CRM for forecasting.
• Promote growth and regional market presence in sales activities.
