Job summary

Onterris seeks a Strategic Growth Lead for Critical & Digital Infrastructure to guide market development and growth in collaboration with the Senior Vice President of Strategy & Growth. This role is remote with travel to offices and client sites.

You will lead market development initiatives, strengthen our brand, and drive value through integrated go-to-market strategies across global infrastructure markets. Competitive compensation applies, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in technology & digital infrastructure or critical infrastructure with a track record in attracting, managing, and growing large key accounts within a consulting setting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Engineering, Science, or related technical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Leads with integrity and influence in a matrixed environment
• Communicates complex capabilities into a clear value proposition for clients and teams
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, up to 50%

Responsibilities

• Own and execute Onterris’ technology & digital infrastructure market strategy across consulting, treatment, measurement and analysis.
• Drive sector growth and bookings by attracting new clients and expanding existing relationships.
• Translate market trends and client needs into focused growth strategies and offerings.
• Maintain view of TAM, market share, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities.
• Develop integrated go-to-market strategies across business lines and markets.
• Lead major pursuits and client engagement strategies to shape solutions delivering environmental and business value.
