This role requires 12+ years of leadership experience, a communications-related degree, and a proven ability to drive change across global teams. Remote options exist, with hubs in Irvine or other U.S. locations as needed.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a communications leadership role.
• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Change Management, Public Relations, Journalism or related field is required.
• Proven ability to create compelling communications that engage, educate and inspire audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to partner with executive leaders across functions and countries.
• Experience shaping branding, values and behaviors with senior stakeholders.
• Strong presence, maturity and emotional intelligence for executive advisory work.
• Ability to lead large-scale communications initiatives and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Willingness to manage multiple priorities across time zones and global teams.
• Ability to navigate a dynamic, fast-paced environment with strategic problem-solving.
• Expert in change communications, project management and prioritization.

• Partner with HR, Legal and operations to align messaging and priorities.
• Leverage technology to modernize communications and measure impact.
