Local Infusion is seeking a Director of Strategy and Operations to own and drive high-impact initiatives, bringing structure, financial rigor, and speed to our growth. This role thrives in ambiguity, earning trust across functions without formal authority, and turning data into decisive actions.

You will lead cross-functional teams to accelerate efficiency, scalability, and profitability, shaping capital plans, partnerships, and strategic investments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in investment banking, management consulting, or business operations.
• Proven ability to lead complex, ambiguous projects with minimal oversight.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own and execute high-impact projects that improve operational efficiency, patient experience, and financial performance across our locations.
• Build and implement high priority initiatives in partnership with finance, RCM, operations, product, trade relations, and other teams.
• Build business cases and financial models to support strategic investments and priorities.
• Analyze business performance data to identify trends, surface insights, and guide decision-making.
• Design and optimize key operational processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
• Lead ad hoc projects and support high-priority tasks as needed, including but not limited to capital raise, strategic partnerships, M&A, etc.
