Job summary

Onterris is seeking a Senior Director, Enterprise Communications to shape growth, transformation and workforce engagement. You will partner with executives to craft strategic narratives, align messaging across functions and drive adoption of major initiatives.

The role requires a seasoned communications leader with a proven ability to influence across global teams, manage governance, and leverage analytics to improve outcomes. Remote options exist with domestic and international travel.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive experience in a communications and public relations leadership role
• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field is required
• Proven ability to create compelling communications for executives and audiences
• Experience partnering with senior leadership across functions and regions

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide communications and change strategies aligned to business goals
• Develop executive messaging, speeches, and leadership communication plans
• Create and manage an enterprise editorial calendar with senior stakeholders
• Coach leaders and enable managers to communicate change effectively
• Partner with HR, Legal, Operations and Corporate Development to align messaging
• Drive measurement of communications impact and employee engagement
