Job summary

Dole Packaged Foods is seeking a senior sales leader for Walmart, based in Bentonville, AR, to drive strategic growth and omnichannel initiatives. This role is home-office based in or around the Bentonville, AR area.

You will own P&L, lead cross-functional teams, and build executive relationships with Walmart, shaping pricing, assortment, and investments. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience direct selling to Walmart or supporting customer strategy.
• Proven ability to lead large, complex customer businesses with revenue responsibility.
• Executive-level customer relationships experience.
• Strong financial acumen with P&L, trade investment, pricing, profitability.
• Leading cross-functional teams and influencing without authority.
• Advanced knowledge of Walmart systems, syndicated data, omnichannel strategies.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
• CPG industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute Walmart business strategy and omnichannel initiatives.
• Own Walmart P&L, pricing, promotions, and ROI.
• Lead cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance.
• Build executive relationships with Walmart merchants and leadership.
• Lead annual business planning, JBP, and long-range planning processes.
• Represent Dole in executive meetings and negotiations.
