• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 5 years' experience in project/program management or related area.
• 7 years' experience in project/program management, program operations, or related area.
• 2 years' supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a long-term strategy for profitability and growth in Walmart's eCommerce.
• Analyze key business and operational metrics to drive strategic decisions.
• Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, and Product teams to optimize fulfillment costs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement automation, data science models, and technology solutions.
• Identify opportunities for new revenue streams and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Drive execution of roadmaps, prioritization frameworks, and business cases for growth.
• Build relationships with leadership to influence key strategic decisions.
