Compass is seeking an Enterprise Account Executive (Strategic Growth Manager) based in Charlestown, SC. You will drive net-new revenue by engaging top real estate agents and teams, selling our growth platform, technology, marketing, and culture.

You’ll build pipelines and collaborate with leadership and cross‑functional teams to expand Compass’s market presence. This quota‑carrying role offers $100,000‑$110,000 base salary, a $30,000‑$60,000 target bonus with uncapped upside, and a full benefits

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in enterprise sales or quota-carrying roles.
• Proven success in quota-carrying sales.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Self-starter with strong judgment and organization.
