Qualifications

• 5+ years proven sales experience in a similar type of sales environment.
• Auto and reconditioning industry experience preferred.
• Travel as necessary (up to 40%)

Responsibilities

• Conquesting: Conquer new business through focused selling activities and manage the full sales cycle with the customer.
• Account Management: Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with current customers and develop strong relationships.
• Operations Coordination/Integration: Partner with District/Area Ops Managers to ensure a five-star customer experience and cross-team alignment.
• Sales Administration: Participate in goal setting and update sales data regularly.
