Qualifications

• Requires combined minimum experience of 3 years in district route and auction leadership.
• Profitability management of a P&L of at least $1.5M in revenue annually.
• Experience managing other leaders and staff of 20+.
• Overnight travel approximately 10–20%.
• Strong results orientation and leadership capability.
• Proven ability to implement strategy and drive positive change.

Responsibilities

• Sales and business development: develop revenue growth plans, build relationships with customers, and expand opportunities.
• Operations: lead and manage a team to optimize resources, technicians, and capital; address concerns promptly.
